Personnel and Bios:

Jeffrey L. Reber, Managing Partner

Jeff Reber is currently the Managing Partner for Real Estate Asset Strategies, LLC (REAS) providing a full range of commercial real estate services, specializing in developing and implementing asset strategies for individual properties and portfolios. These strategies include; short and long term property/asset management, ‘sell/hold’ analysis, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, lease restructuring, lease management for large portfolios, and commercial and mixed use development strategies for small and large land assets.  

Jeff draws on over 30 years of extensive real estate experience with companies that include; Jones Lang LaSalle - Senior Director of Global Consulting, COMPASS (Equitable’s Real Estate Division), -Senior Vice President of Special Operations, PM Realty Group – Regional Asset Manager (Northern California), Bank of America and Nation’s Bank – as special consulting contractor (portfolio evaluation and lease management), and Equitec Properties Company – Sr. Vice President of Acquisitions/Dispositions and General Manager of LA World Trade Center and President of the World Trade Center Association for the Los Angeles Chapter.

He has also acted as the principal project manager for the development of commercial properties totaling approximately $215 million dollars including the 200 W. Adams Building in Chicago (900,000 sqft), the Palm Springs Executive Center (120,000 sqft), the Tempe Executive Center (160,000 sqft) and as a partner in the development of several industrial parks with Kohl Development and Golden West Development in Southern California.

Mr. Reber also has expertise in managing real estate portfolio risk associated with environmentally tainted properties.

 

Susan Donnelly-Reber, CFO and Property Manager

Susan is currently working as the CFO and primary contact for all accounting related to Property/Facility Management. 

Susann has over 20 years of experience in commercial property and facility management.  She has specialized in operations accounting and cash management for major facility portfolios and commercial office buildings.

Prior to Susan coming to Real Estate Asset Strategies, she was the Operations' Manager for a 600,000 SF twin office tower complex in Concord California.  She was also the facilities manager for approximately 30 offices for the California Teacher’s Association.  In addition, Susan brings 9 years of management experience with Jones Lang LaSalle, which included Bank of America’s retail and administrative properties in California and the Pacific Northwest.  Susan also acted as a Senior Administrator for the Transition Team involved in Bank of America’s acquisition and integration of Seafirst Bank headquartered in Seattle, Washington.

Jeff Miller, Commercial and Residential Specialist

Jeff Miller has an extensive resume working with both commercial and residential properties throughout the SW area of the United States.  He specializes in buying distressed property, renovating and selling these assets.  Jeff also has experience with ranch and resort property acquistions and development.  

Scott Armour, Commercial Specialist

Scott leverages more than twenty years experience in large and small technology companies to bring disciplined management and insightful business acumen to commercial real estate.  His corporate background gives him a strong appreciation for trust, integrity and professionalism.  He has extensive insight structuring and negotiating contracts and carries a continuing commitment to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Scott's recent accomplishments include; Founding Grand Circle Equity Partners, a commercial real estate consulting and investment firm focused on the Utah/Nevada markets (From Salt Lake City to Las Vegas). Built successful service lines around bridge financing, tax consulting and financial due diligence, lease negotiations and traditional commercial real estate services.  Scott was also a Senior Vice President of Field Operations with Sun MicroSystems in Northern California. In this capacity he Managed field operations for early stage software company, increased annual revenues by more than 400% leading to acquisition of the company, and managed the integration of Aduva into Sun Microsystems post acquisition.

Jon Amour, Commercial Specialist 

Jon is a commercial specialist providing commercial real estate services, specializing in investment property transactions, property management, office and retail leasing.     

Jon Amour provides transaction evaluation and property management services for retail, office and commercial clients.  He will also assist with residential land sales. Jon has an extensive network of local relationships and will be working closely with his brother Scott and the REAS team on significant development, management, leasing and sales projects throughout Central and Southern Utah.   

His past accomplishments include; Investment Analyst for Griffis/Blessing Inc., Colorado Springs, where he underwrote real estate acquisitions valued over $100 million, assisted in asset management of a $600 million portfolio, and performed financial & physical due diligence on target properties.

Jon is a graduate of Brigham Young University, and worked as a Facilities Specialist, coordinating all sports related activities, enforced compliance with all rules of membership and conduct, and developed time management and conflict resolution skills.  He has also worked with Meade Instruments Corp. in Irvine CA, where he worked as a CSR.
